Dr. Rachel E. Lampros
PT, DPT, MS, SCS
Rachel has been practicing physical therapy for the past 15 years. As senior therapist at one of Boston's premier hospitals, she worked with athletes from a wide array of professional organizations including The Boston Red Sox, The Boston Bruins, The New England Patriots, The Womenβs National Soccer Team, and The United States Olympic Committee. Rachel is a board-certified specialist in sports physical therapy, and her practice focuses on orthopedic injuries of the knee, shoulder, hip, back, and neck. An All-American and 6-time marathoner, she understands the impact injury has on an athlete and the drive to get back to competition quickly. Her goal is to help her clients return to activity safely with a better understanding of their bodyβs potential. Rachel provides onsite physical therapy services at national sporting events, fitness centers, local businesses, and homes because good quality healthcare should be accessible to the everyday athlete.

Dr. Jessica Shattuck
PT, DPT
Jessica is a graduate of Northeastern University earning her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy with a bachelorβs degree in Rehab Science. She is a Senior Therapist with 10+ years of experience treating a multitude of orthopedic injuries. Her plan of care focuses on the body as a whole and treats patients based on individualized goals. She is certified in Dry Needling and treats with a primary focus on manual treatment followed by exercise. She believes patient education is key to long-term recovery and success. She enjoys distance running, yoga, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Dr. Shaylyn Gallagher
PT, DPT, CSCS
Shay is a passionate physical therapist dedicated to enhancing the lives of her patients through personalized care and expertise. Shay completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2022, following her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2019. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) accredited by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Shay's journey into physical therapy was inspired by her active upbringing, where she played sports such as field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse. Her love for sports and fitness evolved into a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals and continuing to stay active via strength training, hiking, and running.
Shay takes a comprehensive approach to patient care, prioritizing individual needs and goals to create tailored treatment plans. She specializes in ACL rehabilitation, orthopedic and sports injuries, and has a particular affinity for female athletes and injury prevention due to their unique characteristics and challenges. Shay has further honed her skills through advanced training in dry needling, pelvic health, extremity management, manual therapy, ACL rehabilitation, and facilitating a safe return to running and sports.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Shay remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge base to provide optimal care for her patients. In her free time, Shay enjoys an active lifestyle, playing with her kitties, trying new places to eat, and enjoying time with friends and family, especially at their summer home in Wells, ME.

Dr. Dominique Coughlin
PT, DPT
Dominique has been a practicing orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist since 2019 and has taken a multitude of continuing education courses to expand her knowledge and expertise in a variety of specialty areasβprimarily pelvic health and obstetric physical therapy.
Dominique has a special interest in treating pregnant and postpartum patients and has a passion for empowerment through education, teaching people about their bodies and how amazing they are, and giving moms the confidence to get back to doing what they love to do. She has expertise in treating bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, endometriosis, diastasis recti, prolapse, and more.
Dominique has always loved being active and has been involved in many different types of sports, including powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and long-distance running. She has competed in weightlifting competitions and running races of all distances including half marathons and marathons. She also enjoys going for hikes, drinking iced coffee, long drives on the weekends, hanging out with her cats and her husband, and crocheting.

Dr. Justin Cormier
PT, DPT
Justin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2022, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2019. While completing his undergraduate degree, Justin found great interest in the complexity of human movement and rehabilitating athletic injuries, guiding him into the profession of physical therapy.
During his undergraduate and graduate studies, Justin worked as a strength and conditioning coach and rehab aide and discovered a passion for the art of programming and coaching. He carried this into his professional career as a physical therapist, where he enjoys working with people to get them back to what they love by developing a holistic program with the tools and education to better understand their bodies. His goal is to help every patient build a stronger version of themselves and to guide athletes to perform better than they did before their injury.
Justin has training in manual therapy, dry needling, extremity management, and return to sport for both upper and lower extremity injuries. He has a strong passion for continued learning, as it allows him to treat his patients with the most effective and up-to-date treatment plans. Outside of physical therapy, Justin enjoys living an active lifestyle through strength training, running, and hiking while also enjoying his time at the beach and being with friends and family.

Dr. Molly Jones
PT, DPT
Molly earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a minor in Healthcare Administration from Franklin Pierce University. With a special interest in pelvic health and sports orthopedic conditions, she brings experience in a variety of settings and a love for continued learning.
With a background in competitive gymnastics, volleyball, and softball, Molly understands the physical demands of sports and is passionate about helping athletes recover from injuries and achieve their peak performance. Committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, she believes in the significance of open communication and creating a comfortable and encouraging space for patients to achieve their health goals effectively.
Outside of the clinic, Molly enjoys activities such as running, spending time with her dogs, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
