Dr. Rachel E. Lampros, PT, DPT, MS, SCS

Dr. Lampros has been practicing physical therapy for the past 15 years. A senior therapist at one of Boston's premier hospitals, she has worked with athletes from a wide array of professional organizations including The Boston Red Sox, The Boston Bruins, The New England Patriots, The Women’s National Soccer Team, and The United States Olympic Committee.  A board-certified specialist in sports physical therapy, Dr. Lampros' practice focuses on orthopedic injuries of the knee, shoulder, hip, back, and neck.  An All-American and 6-time marathoner, she understands the impact injury has on an athlete and the drive to get back to competition quickly.  Her goal is to help her clients return to activity safely with a better understanding of their body’s potential. Dr. Lampros provides onsite physical therapy services at national sporting events, fitness centers, local businesses, and homes because good, quality healthcare should be accessible for the everyday athlete. 

Dr. Jessica Shattuck, PT, DPT

Jessica is a graduate from Northeastern University earning her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy with a bachelor’s degree in Rehab Science. She is a Senior Therapist with 10+ years of experience treating a multitude of orthopedic injuries. Her plan of care focuses on the body as a whole and treats patients based on individualized goals. She is certified in Dry Needling and treats with a primary focus on manual treatment followed by exercise. She believes patient education is key to long term recovery and success. She enjoys distance running, yoga, hiking and spending time with her husband and two young children.

Dr. Taylor McCue, PT, DPT

Dr. Taylor McCue graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 with a major in exercise science and a minor in strength and conditioning. She then earned her doctorate in physical therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts. McCue completed her final internship at MGH Sports Medicine where she furthered her passion for treating orthopedic and sports injuries. Taylor competed in high level sports such as basketball, lacrosse, and soccer growing up and has also competed in multiple half marathons.  She loves connecting with her patients and helping them decrease pain while improving function to get them back to doing what they love most.  In her free time, Taylor enjoys spending time outside with friends and family and rooting for Boston sports teams.

Mara Sarhanis

Mara graduated from college in 2004 with a B.S in Exercise Science. During this time she also received her training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine to be a CPT. Over the last decade Mara was employed as a Manager at a small group personal training studio, where she also trained clients as well. Mara is the mother of twin girls and adores her family. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, hiking with their dog, playing sports, and traveling when she can. Her main hobby is definitely running! She has completed several marathons and has achieved her Boston Qualifying time, along with over a hundred other road races. She became a certified running coach in 2017 helping other runners achieve their own personal goals mainly with writing up training plans.
